When is my order shipping?

After you place your order you will receive an acknowledgment to your email address which shows the expected shipping date. If your expected ship date changes for any reason, you will receive a follow-up acknowledgment with the new shipping date.

Who pays the return shipping costs?

Clients are responsible for return/exchange shipping charges. The cost of the delivery will only be returned in case we deem the goods to have been faulty or damaged before they were dispatched to you.

How do I check the status of my order?

We’ll send you an email each time your order makes a move. If you’re feeling a bit impatient, just drop us an email and we’ll be back to you with a status update within 2-3 days.

Can I choose the day or time of delivery?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to choose a specific time and day. You can still try to contact the courier directly to agree on a possible delivery date.

Can I change my address for delivery?

If you need to change your delivery address please visit our Contact Us page to notify us as soon as possible. You can do this at any time up until 24 hours before we dispatch your item(s).  If your items have already been dispatched, changing your delivery address may not be possible or there may be a charge for arranging redelivery.

What if I received damaged or incorrect merchandise?

We try our best to deliver your order in an impeccable state. If it occurs that you have a faulty or damaged item, then please take pictures of the damage on the item and send them to us. We will contact you to arrange a pick-up and replacement if needed. In this case, we will of course also cover the costs for the return.
